Green Heart applies for Domestic Energy Efficiency Advice Code of Practice
Green Heart Heating Systems has applied to be accredited under the Domestic Energy Efficiency Advice Code of Practice. The Voluntary scheme is administered by the Energy Savings Trust (EST) and hopes to set a standard for all companies involved with advice on energy efficiency within the domestic sector. Green Heart has applied for installer status.
The solar sector is dogged with some shady sales practices, similar to that seen in the double glazing industry. By voluntarily signing up to the Code of Practice, Green Heart must adhere to certain rules governed by the scheme and feel that this will instil confidence to our customers.
